Description

The solid oak Hungarian point in Rustic grading is the ideal choice for those who love a floor with a story. Unlike the classic herringbone pattern, the planks in a Hungarian point are placed at a 45-degree angle. This creates a straight, continuous line in the middle of the rows, also known as the 'sergeant pattern'. This ensures a symmetrical and luxurious image in your space.

This floor is manufactured from high-quality European oak from our own sawmill in Latvia. The Rustic grading emphasizes the natural beauty of the wood. This means that the floor contains knots and cracks that are at least 80% filled, contributing to the robust character. Natural color differences and sapwood are allowed, making each plank unique and the floor a lively whole.

Please note that a solid wood floor must acclimate for an optimal result. We advise letting the planks rest in the closed packaging for at least 5 days in the room where they will be laid, at a temperature between 18-20°C. Note: due to the natural movement of solid wood, this specific floor is not suitable for use in combination with underfloor heating. For the finish, you can choose from various colors of hardwax oil to fully personalize the floor to your own taste.
