Description

This elegant chevron parquet is crafted from high-quality European oak. In a chevron pattern, the planks are laid at a 60-degree angle, creating a continuous straight joint line. This installation method creates a calmer and more symmetrical effect than traditional herringbone parquet.

This is an engineered parquet floor, also known as multi-layer or semi-solid parquet. It is a wooden floor where several layers of wood are cross-laminated and glued together. The top layer is made of solid European oak and the stable base layer of birch plywood. This premium multi-layer construction minimises natural wood movement, making the floor exceptionally suitable for installation over underfloor heating and in all standard spaces.

The floor is treated with a high-quality invisible varnish, without altering the natural, unfinished look of the oak. In the 1Bis grade, the timber balances a clean grain structure with a lively natural character.

For optimal installation, the parquet packs must acclimatise unopened for 5 days in the room where they are to be installed, at a temperature between 18 and 20°C and a relative humidity between 45 and 60%.
