Description

This rustic engineered wood flooring, also known as composite parquet, multi-layer parquet, oak multi-plank, or semi-solid parquet, offers the perfect combination of natural beauty and modern stability. It is a wooden floor where various layers of wood are glued crosswise to each other. The top layer is made of high-quality European oak, while the bottom layer consists of sturdy birch plywood. This construction ensures that the floor is extremely stable and experiences minimal movement, making it excellent for combination with underfloor heating.

The appearance of this engineered flooring is indistinguishable from a solid wood floor after installation. Thanks to the rustic grading, you enjoy a floor with a lively character, where natural color differences and knots emphasize the authenticity of the wood. The engineered flooring can be glued directly to a dust-free concrete subfloor using the correct type of adhesive for an optimal result. For a long lifespan, the floor can be professionally sanded several times, depending on the thickness of the top layer.

Please note that engineered wood flooring is a natural product that needs time to adjust to its environment. We recommend allowing the planks to acclimate for five days in their closed packaging in the room where they will be installed. Although this floor is perfect for living spaces such as the living room or bedroom, it is not suitable for installation in bathrooms or other wet areas.

  • Crafted from high-quality European oak from Latvia.
  • Knots of unlimited size & cracks. Filled to at least 80%. Natural color variations, sapwood allowed.
  • Very stable construction with minimal movement, suitable for underfloor heating.
  • Easy to glue directly onto a dust-free concrete subfloor.
  • Indistinguishable from solid parquet after professional installation.
