For an optimal result, good sound insulation, and walking comfort, you should use a suitable separate underlay. Installation is floating on an existing subfloor. This floor can compensate for small irregularities up to a maximum of 2 mm. If your current subfloor has larger height differences, we recommend leveling the floor first to guarantee a stable and smooth result.
