   You drop by our shop. We discuss your wishes and draw up a quotation without obligation.

2. Approval & deposit

   Agreed? You sign the installation agreement and pay a deposit.

   Deposit: 15% of the total amount on signing.

3. Measuring up at your home

   Our floor fitter measures up and checks the finishing: shortening doors, transition profiles, thresholds.

4. Final quotation & approval

   Based on the measurements we draw up a final quotation. You give your final approval.

5. Planning, production & treatment

   Your floor is scheduled, made to measure and treated. We keep you informed.

6. Delivery or collection

   As soon as your floor is ready, we contact you for delivery to your home or collection in our shop.

   Delivered 1 week before installation, so the material can acclimatise. Payment on collection: balance minus €500 (final settlement after installation).

7. Installation

   Our floor fitter installs the floor professionally, including all finishing. Everything is left neat.

8. Handover & final settlement

   Everything installed to your satisfaction? Then the final settlement follows. That way you are 100% satisfied before you pay in full.

   Final payment: €500 after approval of the installation.
