PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Quick-drying parquet oil with excellent wear resistance. Good filling and good chemical and mechanical resistance.

DENSITY: +/- 0.86 kg/l MATTE GLOSS LEVEL
COLOR: Standard: natural, natural white, white, extra white, grey, old grey, smoked oak, black. Trendy: bronze, metallic, dark grey, ecru, light grey, sand color, cherry, wengé.

APPLICATION

Especially suitable for oiling parquet or wooden floors. Gives your parquet a rustic look and is easy to repair. It is advised to apply thin layers. Multiple layers increase the gloss level.

PRETREATMENT

Previously sand the wood with grit 100-120 and carefully remove the sanding dust. When using Hardwaxoil BRONZE or METALLIC, it is recommended to brush the floor first.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Shake well before use and stir up. HARDWAXOIL can be applied using a brush, roller, or cloth. Allow the oil to penetrate for a few minutes and then wipe away the excess oil. HARDWAXOIL can also be buffed in using a beige or white pad. For hard wood, 2 coats are required, but for soft wood, 3 coats are recommended. For industrial applications (rolling, spraying), the technical staff of Ciranova® must be consulted.

DRYING TIME

The drying times strongly depend on the amount applied, the ambient temperature, the humidity, and ventilation. Thick layers extend the drying time. A higher temperature and good ventilation significantly shorten the drying time.

25-30 m²/liter per applied layer

AFTERTREATMENT

For regular maintenance, we recommend Ciranova® parquet soap. For periodic maintenance, use Ciranova® Maintenance Oil. In the event of heavy soiling, Ciranova® Intensive Cleaner should be used first.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Shelf life: 2 years in the original and unopened packaging.

SPECIAL NOTICES

Dried oil residues are self-igniting. Used cloths and pads should be submerged in water. CAUTION: Hardwaxoil is fully cured only after +/- 2 weeks. During this period, the floor should not be treated with water or maintenance products. Color oils must always be tested before treating the full surface. Hardwaxoil Natural: +/- 6 hours Colored Hardwaxoil: +/- 12 hours
